Notice: Global Tutor Board is a decentralized directory. We connect independent educators with students. We are not an employer, an agency, or a payment processor.

1. Nature of Service

Global Tutor Board provides a digital storefront for independent tutors to advertise their services. All tutors listed are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Global Tutor Board.

2. Listing Fees & Refund Policy

Tutors pay a one-time listing fee for a fixed 3-month visibility period. This fee is non-refundable once the profile has been published to the live directory. We do not guarantee a specific number of student inquiries or bookings, as your success depends on your own rates, profile quality, and communication with parents.

3. For Students & Parents

Any booking, payment, or lesson arrangement is a private contract between you and the tutor. Global Tutor Board is not a party to these agreements. We hold no liability for disputes, lesson quality, or financial losses occurring from off-platform arrangements.

4. Tutor Conduct & Vetting

While we verify that tutors are real individuals, we do not conduct deep background checks. We reserve the right to remove any tutor profile immediately and without refund if we receive credible reports of:

Fraudulent credentials or identity.
Unprofessional conduct or harassment.
Failure to respond to student inquiries.

5. Payments & Commissions

Global Tutor Board does not process lesson payments. All financial negotiations and transactions are handled directly between the student/parent and the tutor. We do not charge commissions on your lessons.

6. Limitation of Liability

Global Tutor Board acts solely as a connecting interface. We are not responsible for the actions of any user (tutor or student) and shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of this directory.
